What Is Expected Of You

As a new user, you agree to the following:

• You’re of legal age. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age for gambling in your country. By checking the box during registration you confirm this fact. And the Casino will later also ask you to confirm this with documents.
• No VPNs or Proxies. Don’t use any tools or tricks like VPNs to hide where you’re really located.
• Payment method. You’re using your own credit card or payment method, not someone else’s. 
• Playing responsibly. Gambling comes with risks. You may lose the money you deposit, and you’re responsible for that loss. 
• No cheating. Play fair. Don’t try to cheat or manipulate the game or use inside information.
• It’s personal. You’re betting for yourself, not on behalf of someone else.

All You Need to Know about Your Account

Here are the basic rules for creating and owning a Casino account:

• The Casino can refuse your registration. The casino is not obliged to explain the reason to you, but if there are any suspicions about your account, you will not be able to register it.
• Verification. You will need to go through verification at the Casino.
• Keep your info updated. Make sure your contact details are correct, especially your email address. This is the main method of communication with the Casino, through it you will receive all important messages, for example, about bonuses.
• One account. This means that you can freely use one account on all your devices. You can not create many, only one.

If the Casino notices that there has been no activity in your account for 12 months, it will consider the account forgotten or inactive. In this case, there is no point in keeping such an account open. If there are still funds left on the account, the Casino will start charging €5 (646 BDT) every month until there are no funds left in the account.

All About Depositing and Withdrawing

So, your deposits must be made under the following rules:

• Fees. Your payment method may require a transaction fee. The same cryptocurrency usually has a small fee when transferring funds from a wallet or exchange. This fee is paid by the player.
• Deposit processing. The Casino uses third-party services to process payments. It is important that your card or wallet approves the transaction.
• No refunds. Once a deposit is made, it can’t be refunded, so make sure you want to deposit the funds.
• Currency conversions. When registering, you do not just choose the currency of your account. All your transactions will be made in it. If, for some reason, you decide to pay in another currency, it will be converted. But the commission will be paid by you.
• Minimum limits. It is 500 BDT for most payment methods.

As for the withdrawal of funds, the following rules apply to it:

• Minimum withdrawal. You can withdraw at least 200 BDT per transaction as long as you’ve bet at least once with your deposit.
• Security checks. Before withdrawal is approved, the Casino might ask for proof of ID or other verification.
